Tahta Korosu is the brainchild of Bora Akinciturk and Ozgur Erman, both Turkey natives. Both unskilled with instruments but with a lot of absurd things to say and spontaneous sounds to make. Their first album together is Kagit Kadife, including five songs. The three songs from the album released by Rainbow Recordings on one split CD (RB025 Inappropriate King Live/Bora Akinciturk/Gece Yatisi/Sensible Nectar/Tahta Korosu split CDr) The Group is still working on new songs and albums.

Once upon a time Baysan Yuksel and Özgür Erman got so tired and wanted to sleep. When they lay down they lured into a world that is so indispensible but at the same time dreadfully uncanny they found it hard to snap out of that world. Even if they wanted to it was stil impossible for them. So the they got together in that world and they did the project Hipnopompik. They would not call it music but rather stories from a strange world.
